What if we imagine the organ pipes as the sonic translation of Montserrat Mountain’s whimsical shapes? We join the celebrations of its Millennium by listening to organ concertos by Händel and Vivaldi. In between, the beautiful Lilium Montis by Bernat Vivancos (a festival commission) will be unveiled for the first time, elegantly accompanied by the elegiac solemnity of Arvo Pärt.
